I’m impressed by the quality of the inventory in terms of packaging and completeness. Of the several hundred parts (all the screws, washers, etc.) I had one missing bolt and five extra bolts / screws, one extra washer and a wing nut; the two brake light / clutch switches were also missing. Some of the parts are definitely improvements from 8 years ago (e.g., the brake reservoir). We ordered the classic vinyl seats instead of the Kirkey race seats and it was a great choice. There are a few parts I’m a bit uncertain about as to what exactly they are in the scheme of things but I’m sure all will be revealed at some point. The only disappointment was the quality of the hood scoop— it seems kind of flimsy: I’ll need to read up on what other builders think about them.
