Today is the first day it feels like I’m starting on the build. I began work on the ‘F’ panels by laying out rivet spacing using a rivet fan spacing tool. I also used a center-punch set sized for different holes.
The chassis on the PS had some weld spatter at the top of the placement area for the F panel so I ground it off so that the panel will fit flat against the chassis. I’ll cover the bare steel with POR-15.
I staged the LCA and UCA parts and am waiting for two things from Breeze: the LCA bushings and a #30 drill bit.
